We offer pretty traditional menu offerings at Dark Moon Coffee Roasters. We keep our menu items very consistent so we can maintain the upmost quality in the coffee drinks that we provide.
Our dairy milk choice we use is Clover Sonoma Organic Milk for our Whole & 2%. Our non dairy options use Minor Figures Organic Oat Milk & Pacific Foods Barista Almond Milk.
All of our syrups are made in house! Each syrup is hand crafted to pair perfectly in our lattes with our espresso & milk drinks!
Our cold brew coffees are what Dark Moon is known for, we rotate all of our single origin coffees on our cold brew draft lines so that we can showcase our coffees in a cold brew coffee format. Our cold brew coffee is a super clean product, we cold extract our cold brew using our Brew Bomb Coffee equipment to create a cold brew that has all the unique tasting notes. The cold brew is a refreshing, crisp & clean product with none of the normal ‘coffee sludge’ you get elsewhere.
We have pour-over coffee options and rotate them frequently, these pour overs are serve without the option for milk or sugar. We have a deep freeze & vacuum seal program where we can seal the coffee at the optimal time after roast so that each pour-over you receive will be just as consistent tasting week after week! This protocol minimizes our coffee waste significantly. Another advantage of locking in these coffee by vacuum sealing & freezing below -30F is that we can consistently serve all of the coffees as a single origin espresso as well.
We serve Fermensch Kombucha as our kombucha offerings! They hand craft their kombucha in Huntington Beach, CA. We are currently the only coffee shop serving their kombucha in Las Vegas, we also sell their 12oz cans in our grab-n-go fridge.
Our seasonal offerings do rotate with the flavors of the seasons.
