We carefully select our dairy and non-dairy options to complement our coffee. Our dairy milk of choice is Clover Sonoma Organic Milk for both Whole & 2%. For non-dairy alternatives, we offer Minor Figures Organic Oat Milk and Pacific Foods Barista Almond Milk, ensuring a smooth and balanced texture in all of our drinks.
Every syrup we use is made in-house, crafted from scratch with high-quality, natural ingredients. These handcrafted syrups are designed to perfectly complement our espresso and milk drinks, enhancing their flavors without artificial additives.
Our cold brew coffees are what Dark Moon is known for. We rotate our single-origin coffees on our cold brew draft lines, allowing us to highlight their unique characteristics in a cold brew format. Using our Brew Bomb Coffee equipment, we cold-extract our coffee to create an exceptionally clean, crisp, and refreshing brew—free from the typical ‘coffee sludge’ found elsewhere.
For those who love precision-brewed coffee, we offer pour-over options that rotate frequently. These are served without milk or sugar to highlight the true flavor profile of each coffee. Through our deep freeze & vacuum-seal program, we lock in peak freshness by sealing the coffee at the designated time after roasting at temperatures below -30°F. This ensures that every pour-over remains consistent week after week while also allowing us to serve all of our coffees as single-origin espresso. Plus, this process significantly reduces coffee waste, supporting our commitment to sustainability.
We’re also proud to serve Fermensch Kombucha, a handcrafted kombucha brewed in Huntington Beach, CA. Currently, we’re the only coffee shop in Las Vegas offering Fermensch on draft, and we also stock their 12oz cans in our grab-and-go fridge.
